How Do We Connect Back to Our Inner Selves?

How much of your life have you been allowing others to dictate for you?

What hobbies have you left unexplored because you were playing society’s version of ‘safe’? What relationships did you let slip by because you were afraid of what they’ll think if you were vulnerable? What career growth was stagnated because you didn’t actually choose it for yourself in the first place?

I'm a personal development (Life) coach

If you’re anything like I was, you might:

  • have many unrelated interests and can’t pick one
  • be so overwhelmed by all the cool things that everything starts seeming out of reach
  • have some interest in lots of things, but not enough to pursue any of them
  • not really sure of what you want
I love me some bagels

For me, the reason was because I confused what I wanted with what other people thought I wanted. I learned the hard way that not knowing who I was made me susceptible to other people’s desires and influence.

Don't wander AIMLESSLY

We avoid clarifying what it is we want because doing so could set us up for disappointment if we don’t get there. We keep ourselves in vagueness so that we don’t have to confront our failure. And that keeps us lost, scared, and confused inside a dark forest with a small flashlight.

I woke up to the sound of my own ‘quarter-life crisis’ just a few years ago. And I’m not ashamed of it, I’m excited because I can now learn from it. And I want to help you as your partner in your journey.
